What happens if the event is postponed or cancelled?

If the event you booked is rescheduled to another date, you don't need to worry. Your tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you have booked a hotel, we will take care of adjusting your hotel reservation to the new date. What happens in the event of a cancellation?

If the event you booked is cancelled without a replacement date, you can relax - your tickets will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a refund.
