18,439 seats and four stands built right on top of the pitch — one of the tightest grounds left in London.
The perfect gift for every fan – flexible and redeemable for all events.

More about corporate eventsSouth Africa Road, London W12. Loftus Road is small, old and built closer to the pitch than any planning authority would allow today — which is exactly why people who care about grounds come here.
QPR play in the EFL Championship, the second tier of English football. We arrange official tickets for home games, on their own or with a hotel in London.
The ground holds 18,439 across four compact stands: the Loftus Road End, known to everyone as the Loft, the Ellerslie Road Stand, the South Africa Road Stand and the School End. There are only a few metres between the touchline and the front row. If you normally watch football in a modern bowl, the difference registers within five minutes — you can hear the benches, and every challenge on the far touchline happens in front of you.
A footnote that fits the place: in 1981 QPR became the first club in the English league to lay an artificial pitch. The experiment lasted until 1988 and is still one of the first things anyone will tell you about the ground.
In 2006 Kiyan Prince, a 15-year-old in the QPR academy, was stabbed to death outside his school while trying to break up a fight. In 2019 the club gave away the naming rights to its own stadium to the foundation set up in his memory, with supporters choosing the recipient from a shortlist of five local charities. For three seasons the ground was the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium; the old name returned before the 2022/23 season.
No other English club has anything quite like it — a club that gave away the most sellable asset it owns, and kept it given away for three years.
The club's finest season ended one point behind Liverpool as runners-up in the First Division in 1976. There are second-tier titles in 1983 and 2011, and the 1982 FA Cup final, lost 1–0 in the replay to Tottenham Hotspur to a Glenn Hoddle penalty. The last Premier League season was 2014/15.
The list of former Rangers reads like a cross-section of English football: future England manager Terry Venables, Tony Currie, Trevor Francis — Britain's first million-pound transfer — goalkeeper David Seaman, Ray Wilkins, Les Ferdinand and Peter Crouch. The stands hold some names too: Phil Collins, Ian Gillan of Deep Purple, Alan Wilder of Depeche Mode and Pete Doherty all follow the Hoops. And in 2007 the Formula One figures Bernie Ecclestone and Flavio Briatore bought in — an episode they still talk about in Shepherd's Bush.
Take the Underground to Shepherd's Bush on the Hammersmith & City line; the pubs around the station are where the afternoon starts. White City on Wood Lane is actually the closer walk, and the Springbok there is an excellent pub. There is no mainline station nearby — Kensington Olympia is a good 25 minutes on foot.
Worth picking up: the fanzine A Kick Up the R's, published since 1987 and sold around the ground. It will tell you more about the club than any official page.
Take the ticket on its own or the ticket and hotel package, for one night or several. Loftus Road is in west London with the centre a few Underground stops away, so a home game slots easily into a city weekend. London is straightforward from every direction: Eurostar to St Pancras from the Netherlands and Belgium, direct flights from Scandinavia, rail or a short hop from Britain and Ireland.
Because the ground is so small, the London fixtures against Millwall, Watford and West Ham United go first. Tell us the match and your dates and we will come back with a specific proposal.
