Real Betis vs Sevilla FC tickets: the Seville derby at La Cartuja

El Gran Derbi is the fixture Seville organises its year around. On Sunday, February 7, 2027 Real Betis host their city rivals Sevilla FC at Estadio La Cartuja – two clubs from one city, separated by the Guadalquivir and by a rivalry that runs straight through families.

Why the Derbi sevillano is different

In most Spanish cities the derby is a match. In Seville it is an allegiance you inherit at birth. Green and white against red and white, Heliópolis against Nervión: walk through town on derby day and you can tell by mid-morning which half has gathered where. Inside the ground, the noise from the first minute is nothing like an ordinary league night.

Estadio La Cartuja on derby day

Since 2025 the Béticos have played their home games on the Isla de la Cartuja while the Benito Villamarín is rebuilt. For the derby that means roughly 70,000 seats and the Grada Baja, the lower tier laid over the old running track, which brings the stands closer to the pitch. Give yourself time for the walk across the Puente de la Barqueta.

Ticket only or a full travel package

We source our tickets through the clubs' official partners. For the derby it pays to book early: take the ticket on its own, or the package with a hotel in Seville. The other home night with this kind of pull is Real Betis against Real Madrid.
