A short journey
Belgian supporters reach Eindhoven in about ninety minutes by road. The away end fills accordingly, and the evening in town starts early.
The Philips Stadion
Around 35,000 seats in the middle of the city, named after the company whose works team became the club in 1913. PSV won the European Cup in 1988 and the UEFA Cup in 1978. The stands sit close to the pitch, and on European nights you hear it.
Eindhoven
Reachable by air and by rail, and around two hours by road from the German border. The former Philips site at Strijp-S is now the design and nightlife quarter, alongside the Van Abbemuseum and the illuminated Van Gogh cycle path to Nuenen.
