A difficult night for visitors

Atlético reached the finals of 2014 and 2016, losing both to Real Madrid, and have won the Europa League three times, most recently in 2018. They moved east across the city to the Metropolitano in 2017, leaving the Vicente Calderón by the Manzanares. Capacity is around 70,000.

Getting to the ground

Metro line 7 stops at Estadio Metropolitano in the San Blas district, about twenty minutes from the centre. Stay in town and travel out for the match.
