Aston Villa tickets for the Champions League match with Viking Stavanger

Villa host Viking on a date still to be announced, welcoming a Norwegian club with more than 125 years behind it.

Founded in 1899 and eight times champions of Norway, they play at the Lyse Arena in Stavanger and remain the established force of the Norwegian west.

Villa Park

In north Birmingham since 1897, around 42,600, with the Holte End among England's best-known stands and the listed Trinity Road façade from the turn of the century. Villa won the European Cup in Rotterdam in 1982.

Birmingham

Reachable directly or via London, with Witton and Aston stations minutes from New Street and a short walk from the ground. The canals at Brindleyplace fill an afternoon.
