One of the best-known stands in England and for years the largest terrace in the country. Villa Park has stood in north Birmingham since 1897 and holds around 42,600, with the listed Trinity Road façade recalling the architecture of its era.

European champions in 1982

Villa beat Bayern Munich in Rotterdam in 1982 to win the European Cup - the club's one great continental honour, and the reason European nights here carry weight.
