Once you’ve checked in, it’s time to explore! Take a stroll to the iconic Grand Central Terminal, feel the electric energy of Times Square, or enjoy a brisk walk toward Central Park. Being within walking distance of Midtown’s greatest landmarks, you can spend your first evening soaking in the world-famous skyline and the festive atmosphere of the city that never sleeps.

Today, you’ll dive deep into the heart of Manhattan. In an intimate group of about 10–16 people, you will explore the city primarily on foot. To cover longer distances, you will use the subway and buses, just like the locals do. Your guide will teach you the ins and outs of the transit system, ensuring you feel confident navigating the "concrete jungle" on your own for the rest of your trip.

The route takes you to the city’s most iconic landmarks: from the neon lights of Times Square and Rockefeller Center to the luxury of Fifth Avenue and the serenity of Central Park. You’ll also discover the unique vibes of SoHo, Tribeca, and Greenwich Village, ending with a visit to the Financial District's Wall Street and the poignant 9/11 Memorial.

Today, you’ll trade the city streets for the open water. Make your way to Chelsea Piers (Pier 61) to board the "Spirit of New York" for an unforgettable afternoon. As the ship sets sail, you’ll be treated to a whole new perspective of the city. Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch with coffee, tea, and water as the world-famous skyline glides past your window.

The absolute highlight of the cruise is the close-up encounter with the Statue of Liberty. As the boat pivots in front of Lady Liberty and the iconic notes of "New York, New York" fill the air, you are sure to have a true "bucket list" moment. Take in the panoramic views of One World Trade Center and the Brooklyn Bridge from the spacious rooftop deck.

After docking, the rest of the day is yours to explore – perhaps with a stroll along the nearby High Line or a visit to Chelsea Market.

Optional: Brooklyn by Day and Night (starting 2:00 PM) For those looking to capture the ultimate New York photo, join our afternoon guided tour of Brooklyn. This tour is perfectly timed to show you the best of both worlds: explore the charming streets of DUMBO in the daylight and watch as the sun sets over the East River. As night falls, you’ll witness the Manhattan Skyline transforming into a sea of twinkling lights—providing the perfect backdrop for your first photos of the year.

Savor your final morning in the city that never sleeps. Take one last stroll through Central Park, get inspired by the masterpieces at MoMA, or pick up some last-minute souvenirs along Fifth Avenue. Hotel check-out is at 12:00 PM; however, you can store your luggage at the reception to make the most of your remaining hours.

Approximately five hours before your flight, your transfer will pick you up from the hotel and take you back to the airport (JFK/EWR). You’ll head home with a suitcase full of memories and the magic of a New York New Year’s Eve in your heart. Note: Not ready to say goodbye?
