Regular Wimbledon tickets are allocated exclusively through the public ballot or the All England Club's official sale and cannot be traded — which is why our offering is built on Debenture Seats.

How and when do I receive my tickets?

What happens in case of rain at Wimbledon?

Accepted Answer

Centre Court and No. 1 Court both have retractable roofs that can close within minutes — play on these two courts generally continues despite rain. The outside courts, however, can still be affected by weather delays.

What happens if a match is postponed or cancelled?

Accepted Answer

If your booked event is rescheduled to another date, your package remains valid — we will adjust your hotel reservation accordingly and our customer service team will contact you to confirm the new travel dates. Should an event be cancelled without a replacement date, your booking will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
