Rod Stewart live in Manchester — 6 May 2027 at Co-op Live

On Thursday, 6 May 2027, Rod Stewart plays Co-op Live in Manchester. The concert is part of „The Final Encore“, the tour he has announced as his last major tour. Howard Jones opens the evening. Two days earlier Stewart is in Birmingham, and the final UK date on our site is London on 11 May. Before that come Belfast and Glasgow.

The Thursday date

A Thursday concert extends naturally into the weekend: arrive on Wednesday or Thursday and leave on Friday — or add a day or two for Manchester itself or a trip to Liverpool, less than an hour away by train.

Co-op Live

Co-op Live opened in 2024 on the Etihad Campus in east Manchester, right next to Manchester City's stadium. With a capacity of around 23,500 it is the largest indoor arena in the UK. As a new building it was designed with modern standards of sightlines, acoustics and accessibility in mind.

There are hardly any hotels right by the arena, so we book you into the city centre, as close as possible to a tram stop with a direct line to the Etihad Campus.

Getting to Co-op Live

Metrolink trams run from the city centre to the Etihad Campus stop, a few minutes' walk from the arena; from Piccadilly the ride takes around ten minutes. Expect queues at the stop after the show and allow some waiting time. Manchester Airport has direct train and tram links to the city centre.

How to get tickets

The fan club presale starts on Tuesday, 29 September 2026. General sale for the UK dates opens on Friday, 2 October 2026, at 10:00 BST. If you are after a seated ticket, be ready when sales open.
