Lens host Como on Wednesday 4 November 2026 - two clubs from small towns taking on the big names, one of them in a ground larger than the town itself.

The Bollaert-Delelis

Lens has around 31,000 inhabitants and the stadium holds about 38,000, the tickets going out across the whole former coalfield. Before kick-off the entire ground sings "Les Corons", the song about the pit villages. Blood and gold, the club colours, stand for coal and fire; Lens were champions in 1998.

Como 1907

The club from the lake returned to Serie A in 2024 after 21 years and plays at home in a 13,500-seat ground on the shore. Lens will feel very different.

Lens

Forty kilometres from Lille, a little over half an hour by train. The Louvre-Lens stands on a former colliery site and the region's mining landscape is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
