On Friday 4 June 2027 oasis open their run at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester. It is the first of eleven nights in the band's home city — the longest stay anywhere on the Oasis Live '27 tour.

Eleven nights in their own city

For a band unthinkable without Manchester, this is more than a series of concerts. Eleven consecutive nights at Manchester City's ground, barely three kilometres from the streets the Gallagher brothers grew up on. The opening night tends to carry the most tension — and the audience that waited longest for tickets.

It also closes a circle. In 1996 oasis played two nights at Maine Road, City's old ground. In 2025 they returned to Heaton Park for the reunion. In 2027 it is the Etihad. Richard Ashcroft is special guest, on all 38 dates of the tour.

Nowhere on this tour is that worth more than here. Eleven consecutive nights, each with roughly 50,000 extra overnight guests, means Manchester is effectively booked out for four straight weeks in June 2027. The ticket is the smaller half of that problem. Sort the room only once the ticket arrives and you will either pay triple or sleep in Leeds.

Getting to the Etihad Stadium

The stadium sits east of the city centre with a tram stop on site. From the centre it is about half an hour on foot, a walk plenty of people make on concert nights. Sensible places to stay are the city centre, the Northern Quarter or the area around Piccadilly, all of which reach the ground without a change.

How to get tickets

Unlike previous tours, there is no general on-sale. Tickets go only to fans who registered in advance on the band's official website, and according to the band no additional presales are planned. Miss the deadline and there is no regular route back in.
