On Friday 18 June 2027 oasis play the Etihad Stadium in Manchester. It is the seventh of eleven nights in the band's home city and the start of the third concert weekend.

The third weekend

By the third weekend Manchester has settled into a rhythm of its own. The city has been living with this run for a fortnight, and anyone arriving now walks into a city in a state of exception rather than a city with a concert on — with everything exhausting and everything good about that.

The Friday remains the most practical date for travellers: arrive, see the show, and the weekend is still entirely ahead of you. Richard Ashcroft is special guest, on all 38 dates of the tour.

Eleven consecutive nights, each with roughly 50,000 extra overnight guests, means Manchester is effectively booked out for four straight weeks in June 2027, and weekends take the hardest hit on room rates. The ticket is the smaller half of that problem.

Getting to the Etihad Stadium

The stadium sits east of the city centre with a tram stop on site. From the centre it is about half an hour on foot. Sensible places to stay are the city centre, the Northern Quarter or the area around Piccadilly.

How to get tickets

Unlike previous tours, there is no general on-sale. Tickets go only to fans who registered in advance on the band's official website, and according to the band no additional presales are planned.
