oasis live in Glasgow — 29 May 2027, the final Celtic Park night

On Saturday 29 May 2027 oasis play Celtic Park in Glasgow for the fifth and final time. After this the tour leaves Scotland and moves on to Manchester.

The last Glasgow night

Five sold-out nights in nine days, around 60,000 people in Parkhead each time — and then the city where this band was discovered in 1993 is without oasis again. Closing nights of a city run tend to have a temperature of their own, and a Scottish crowd is the best possible condition for that.

As a date it is also the most convenient of the five: arrive on the Friday, keep the Saturday for the city, stadium in the evening. Add the Sunday and you have a day to recover — after a night at Celtic Park, not a bad idea. Richard Ashcroft is special guest, on all 38 dates of the tour.

Glasgow is smaller than Manchester and has correspondingly fewer beds. Five concert nights with roughly 60,000 visitors each hit a city that does not absorb that casually, and the closing Saturday is the tightest of the lot. Here the room runs short before the ticket does.

Getting to Celtic Park

The stadium is in Parkhead, in the east end of Glasgow. Trains run from the centre, with extra buses on event days; on foot it is around 40 minutes. Sensible places to stay are the city centre around Buchanan Street or the Merchant City — both within reach of the pubs where the evening usually continues.

How to get tickets

Unlike previous tours, there is no general on-sale. Tickets go only to fans who registered in advance on the band's official website, and according to the band no additional presales are planned.
