British Grand Prix 2027: Tickets and Travel Packages for Silverstone

From 2 to Sunday 4 July 2027, Silverstone hosts the British Grand Prix, round ten of the season. Few circuits stand for Formula 1 history like this one: the very first World Championship race was held here in 1950, and the British Grand Prix is still one of the most atmospheric weekends of the year.

The Silverstone Circuit

The 5.891-kilometre track sits on a former airfield in Northamptonshire, about 110 kilometres north-west of London. Silverstone is famous for its fast corners: Copse, the Maggotts–Becketts–Chapel sequence and Stowe push drivers and cars to the limit, while the Hangar Straight and Wellington Straight are where overtaking happens.

Tickets and grandstands

Grandstands line the start-finish straight, Club and Luffield, and overlook the high-speed corner sequences. General admission is the more affordable option and lets you move freely around the spectator banks. Before you book, we tell you exactly which category, grandstand and days your ticket includes.

Travel package with hotel

Hotels close to the circuit are scarce on race weekend and sell out early. Popular bases are Northampton, Milton Keynes, Oxford and Towcester. On request, we combine ticket, hotel and transfer to the circuit into a complete travel package, so race-day traffic is less of a worry.

Race weekend schedule

Friday is for free practice, Saturday for qualifying, and the race takes place on Sunday, 4 July 2027. Formula 1 usually publishes the exact session times a few months before the race.
