Formula 1 Azerbaijan 2027: Tickets and Travel Packages for Baku

From 24 to Sunday 26 September 2027, Formula 1 returns to Baku. The Azerbaijan Grand Prix is round 16 of the 2027 season and one of the most unusual street races on the calendar: one of the longest full-throttle stretches of the year runs along the Caspian Sea waterfront, and minutes later the cars thread their way through the narrow streets of the old town.

The Baku City Circuit

The 6.003-kilometre street circuit runs anti-clockwise. The start-finish straight is around two kilometres long, which makes slipstreaming and overtaking almost unavoidable. In contrast, the tight section along the city walls near the Maiden Tower barely leaves room for two cars side by side. Safety car periods and late twists are almost part of the programme in Baku.

Tickets and grandstands

Grandstands line the long straight, the braking zones and the old-town section. If you want to enjoy the race in more comfort, hospitality options with catering and a good view are available. Before you book, we tell you exactly which category, grandstand and days your ticket includes.

Travel package with hotel

Baku combines modern architecture such as the Flame Towers with the historic old town of Icherisheher, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Many hotels are right by the circuit or within walking distance. On request, we combine ticket, hotel and transfers into a complete travel package.

Race weekend schedule

Friday is for free practice, Saturday for qualifying, and the race takes place on Sunday, 26 September 2027. Formula 1 usually publishes the exact session times a few months before the race.
