The tournament's first title of the day
Last updated: 29 July 2026
On 15 May 2027, the women's final is played — the first singles title of the entire tournament week. In front of roughly 10,400 spectators in the Stadio Centrale, the Internazionali BNL d'Italia crowns its women's champion.
Of the 96 players who started in the main draw, only one remains to take the title home. The final marks the end of one of the season's most prestigious clay-court events — and an important form guide ahead of Roland Garros just weeks later.
As the tournament's first title decided, the women's final sets the tone for the closing day and often carries a quieter, more focused atmosphere than the marquee final that follows it.
Celebrate the day with an evening stroll across the Piazza Navona, one of Rome's most beautiful squares, with street performers, cafés and Bernini's fountains.
