Roland Garros Day 7: The Third Round Comes to a Close
Day 7 of Roland Garros 2027 sees the remaining Third Round matches played out. By the end of this day, the full Round of 16 field will be set — just 16 players remain in each singles draw. Anyone still competing at this stage has already come through three rounds against serious opposition, and the tournament is now clearly entering its decisive phase.
Matches on this day are almost exclusively scheduled on the tournament's main courts, led by Court Philippe-Chatrier and Court Suzanne-Lenglen. The stands continue to fill with fans eager to see the remaining favourites live.
