Three alternative ways to get tickets to the NFL Munich Game

The same procedure as every year, NFL community? Planning a trip to the NFL Munich game has become an annual ordeal, much like the comedy sketch "Dinner for One." It’s amusing, slightly cruel, and above all, predictable! Hundreds of thousands struggle in an official NFL ticket partner queue, inflated by bots. Prayers to the football gods? Almost as futile as trying with three devices simultaneously.
At 1:28 PM on Tuesday, the drama concluded. The NFL announced the tickets were sold out just as our NFL blogger had painstakingly made it from spot 336,668 to just below 200,000. "It’s going to be tight," tweeted someone with a number in the 500,000, knowing they'd never see the ticket shop's inside.
Others on social media resorted to dark humor. User “MuckChef” made an “irresistible” offer: trading spot 685k for a place further up the line. But enough jokes that get no one closer to the event. In 137 days, the fourth Regular Season game will take place in Germany. New York Giants vs. Carolina Panthers in Allianz Arena - there’s still hope and even three ways to experience this Bavarian-American happening.
1) Sweepstakes from teams and NFL partners
The Allianz Arena seats 75,024. For international events like Bayern Munich Champions League games or the NFL International Series, capacity drops to 69,000. However, the number available in Tuesday’s general sale was likely between 45,000 and 50,000. The NFL holds back a portion for VIPs and sponsors.
Fans should look out for ticket sweepstakes and raffles from NFL partners such as DKB Bank and Engelbert Strauss, as well as the teams themselves. Besides the Panthers and Giants, eight other franchises (Kansas City Chiefs, New England Patriots, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Atlanta Falcons, Detroit Lions, Indianapolis Colts, Seattle Seahawks, and Pittsburgh Steelers) have marketing rights in Germany.
2) An NFL Munich trip via event-breaks.com
In times of ticket scams, event-breaks.com offers a reliable alternative for NFL Munich tickets. Many NFL fans have trusted us for Travel Packages for the NFL International Series in London, Munich, or Frankfurt. Our guarantee: you’ll be seated in pairs or groups of four. For larger NFL travel groups, we can often secure multiple adjacent seats.
Upon request, we can create custom packages for an NFL Munich trip, including game tickets and bed and breakfast. We prioritize quality hotels and tailored flight options. Hidden fees in our travel packages are non-existent.
3) Tickets from frustrated season ticket holders
Building on the first point, a significant portion of tickets is reserved for Carolina Panthers season ticket holders, as the home team for the NFL Munich Game 2024. My prediction: while many Americans love to travel, most season ticket holders will be too frustrated to journey to Munich in Week 10.
The Panthers, led by young quarterback Bryce Young, are coming off their worst season (record: 2-15) since 2001. With no first-round pick in the upcoming NFL Draft and a new playbook to learn after a head coach change, a quick turnaround seems unlikely. Similar to the New England Patriots, who played in Frankfurt last year (losing 6-10 to the Indianapolis Colts), tickets will sporadically reappear through the official NFL ticket partner or NFL groups on social media.
