Generally, the leagues' schedules are set at the start of the season. The exact dates and kick-off times vary in each country and league. You can use the following guidelines to better plan your football trip:

Germany: approx. 6-8 weeks in advance
England: approx. 6-8 weeks in advance
Italy: approx. 2 weeks in advance
Spain: approx. 2 weeks in advance
France: approx. 3-4 weeks in advance
Netherlands: approx. 4 months in advance

Some dates, such as cup finals or European Cup dates, have fixed dates.

Please check the official website of the respective host club or the corresponding league to be sure.

For concerts or other sporting events, the event dates are usually confirmed. However, please check the start/time of the event with the respective organizer.

You will usually receive the tickets approximately 1-3 days before the event as e- or mobile tickets by email.

We are a recognized reseller or sub-agency of the organizers' official partners. This means that we are dependent on the organizer providing the tickets. This usually only happens a few days before the event. We will do our best to send you the tickets as quickly as possible.

During the booking process, you can see the areas where your seats are located under ticket details. Your seats will be in the marked area. In the event that the seats are not available, you will automatically be assigned better seats (upgrade).

Can we sit next to each other?

Whether and how many adjacent seats are available varies depending on the event. If you purchase multiple tickets in one booking, we will endeavour to assign you seats next to each other or in close proximity. You will receive detailed information about this by clicking on Ticket Details when you select your ticket category. If you are planning a trip with a larger group and would like everyone to sit together, please contact us directly by email or phone. We are happy to help you check seat availability and handle group requests. We want to make sure you have a great time!

If the event you booked is rescheduled to another date, you don't need to worry. Your tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you have booked a hotel, we will take care of adjusting your hotel reservation to the new date. Our customer service will contact you to discuss the new travel dates and confirm your changed hotel booking according to your wishes. We make sure that you don't have to worry about changes to your plans!

What happens in the event of a cancellation?

If the event you booked is cancelled without a replacement date, you can relax - your tickets will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a refund.

No, unfortunately not. Chelsea FC only sends out the tickets at very short notice to prevent a black market. In terms of time, it would be too risky to have them sent to us first and then on to you. The variant with hotel delivery / pick-up at the stadium has proven to be the most effective and safest variant for several years.

Greater London has a total of five international airports (Heathrow, City, Stansted, Luton and Gatwick).

Heathrow
Located to the west of the city, Heathrow Airport is London's largest airport. It is served by the major airlines (British Airways, Lufthansa, Swiss etc.). There is a very good connection to the city center with the London underground (approx. 50 minutes) as well as an express connection via Heathrow Express (approx. 20 minutes).

City Airport
City Airport is the most central but also the smallest airport in London. It is located in East London and is directly connected to public transport. This airport is only lied to British Airways, Swiss, KLM and Eurowings.

Stanstead
Stansted Airport is mainly served by low-cost airlines such as Ryanair and Easyjet. It is in the north of the city. The best way to travel from the airport is to take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street Station. The journey takes about 50 minutes. From there you can easily reach everything by public transport.
A little cheaper but also more time-consuming is the transfer from the airport to the city center by bus. The company National Express offers various routes with different destinations in the city area. The journey takes approximately 1 hour 20 minutes.

Gatwick
This airport is in the south of the city and is mainly served by Easyjet and British Airways. The best way to get to the city center is by train (Gatwick Express, Southern Trains, Thameslink & Great Northern) in about 25 minutes.

Luton
In the north-west of the city is the slightly smaller Luton Airport. This airport is mainly served by Easyjet and Ryanair. Again, it is advisable to take the train to the city center. The journey takes about 40-50 minutes.

The respective areas at Stamford Bridge Stadium open from 2 hours before kick-off.

There is no specific dress code at Stamford Bridge Stadium. Merchandise from the visiting team, such as jerseys, scarves, etc., are prohibited in the stadium. Football shirts are not allowed in the Zola Suite / Wise Suite categories.

Basically, we guarantee at least 3 seats together in the stadium. For most games, several connected seats would also be possible. Just ask us about this.

Yes, every hotel in London that we offer has breakfast included in the price.

Yes. In England, every person (regardless of age) entering the stadium needs their own ticket. Therefore, even small children must have their own ticket for Stamford Bridge Stadium.

Unfortunately, as we can only offer full-price tickets, there is no discount for Chelsea FC tickets. However, we may be able to offer a discount on hotel accommodation in London. Simply write to us for this.

The area around Stamford Bridge Stadium will be closed off to traffic for home games. We therefore recommend using the London Underground and walking the rest of the way. The stadium "Fulham Broadway" is best suited for this.
Please note that the subways can be very crowded. We therefore recommend an early arrival at the stadium.
